Why is it that when life responsibilities mount, the first things we're willing to sacrifice are diet, sleep and exercise? We always figure that we can get by on inadequate levels of each. Perhaps I should speak for myself.
What Joe stated was such a simple truth, yet these three necessities fall so easily from my priority list. I always feel that there just aren't enough clock hours in the day to take care of myself the way I'd love too. I'd relish in a solid 8 hours of sleep uninterrupted by the blaring alarm clock. My mouth waters at the thought of delicious home cooked meals. My body craves daily Pilates and cardio. Maybe I've taken on too much. Perhaps I need to become better organized. Maybe I need to delegate tasks.
Balance is my eternal pursuit. I'd love to hear how other entrepreneurs find time for self.
